In order to authorize an upgrade of any product we need to verify that have you a copy of the prior version. We will check to see whether the product is either on your hard drive or on the CD/DVD that you received.

• Ignore the warning that the digital signature is unverified.
• (Windows only) If you run the course from the CD/DVD version of the product, insert the disc into your CD/DVD drive.
• Select the product that you wish to validate from the dropdown menu above and click on Validate. A file browser panel will open.
• Navigate to the drive or folder where the product is installed:

Windows: For CD/DVD versions this will be the root folder of the disc in your CD/DVD drive. For versions installed on your hard drive this will be your installation folder. If you used the default installation folder, it will be either
C:\Program Files\[Product Name] or
C:\Program Files\Digital Music Doctor\[Product Name]

Macintosh: The location will be on your hard drive where you placed the folder with the [Product Name]. If you used the default installation folder, it will be in your Applications folder.

• Select the drive or folder and click on Open (Windows) or Choose (Macintosh).
• If the product is found, a Product Authorization Code will be generated. Press Copy to copy this code.
• Paste this code into the box indicated when you submit your upgrade order.
