ImageLine FL Studio traded places with Avid Pro Tools for the first and second positions. Native Instruments Maschine was introduced into the index this quarter and entered at fourth place, pushing several other products lower. Two major changes were also introduced into the structure of the index--recognition of the impact of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter & YouTube) and the inclusion of Virtual Instruments. In order to transition to these changes, the index is now being reported as the annual moving average of four quarters.
